The Vandutch 30 is 30ft long, has a 9.1ft beam, a 2.62ft draft, and has a displacement of 9000lbs. She has a 105.5 galon gas tank and can store up to 21 galons of fresh water.
Hull & Deck
Hull and deck are made from composite material with the use of vacuum injection techniques. The deck (largest top deck in its class) includes self-draining system, two cockpit handles, six fold-down cleats, and LED floor lighting. She comes with Esthec composite decking, a long-lasting teak alternative that is resistant to cracking, splintering, and drying out.
Fenders and shorelines can be stored in the portside box, while there is also a storage area for the life raft and life vests. The Vandutch 30 also has a 22lb anchor (with 100ft anchor chain) which is operated by an hydraulic pivoting arm.
Cockpit Area
The 30ft Van Dutch offers simrad navigation, engine oil & water temperature alarms, and engines control monitor. The EMS (Easy Maneuvering System) consists of bow and stern thrusters which are controlled by a single joystick. She also comes with an electric steering system, Volvo QL Interceptor Trim system, and a Raymarine handheld VHF radio.
The Vandutch 30 offers a new deck table which can stow up to six bottles of wine. The cockpit area also has a refrigerator, ice maker, ample counter space, secure bottle storage, and a concealed sink! You won’t need to make multiple trips to the galley for supplies thanks to the distribution of these new features.
Main Cabin
The main cabin features a comfortable V-Berth area with Esthec flooring. Natural light comes from the ceiling hatch with Air Sky light blinding/mosquito protection. Artificial light is supplied from ceiling lights with dimmer control. There is also a Simrad I-Pod/Radio sound system, Corian-finished closets, storage cupboards, and 110V/220V plugs.
Engine Room
Available engine options are 2 Yanmar 260hp diesel engines or 2 Mercruiser 370hp gas engines. She can reach a maximum speed of 38 knots thanks to her V-drive propulsion system. Access to the thermo-acoustic, insulated engine room is via the hydraulic engine room hatch. The engine room also has an automatic fire extinguishing system and an air extraction fan.
Electrical System
Power to the Vandutch 30 is supplied by 170A 12V service batteries and 170A 12V engine start batteries. The electrical system provides voltage for the navigation lights, built-in horn, head lighting, and electric flush WC. In case of low voltage situations, there is an onboard 20A battery charger. The 30´ Vandutch also includes a power cable for access to shore power.
Water and Bilge Systems
Fresh water is supplied via the 12V electric pump. The Vandutch 30 includes 2 automatic bilge pumps and 1 manual bilge pump for any unforeseen emergency. She has a 6.3 galon black water storage tank and shore pump connection to empty the black water storage tank at shore. This Vandutch model also includes a macerator for when you need to discharge black water to sea.
Safety Equipment
Two important safety features on board the Van Dutch 30 include the fire alarm system and the fuel detection alarm system. There is a portable fire extinguisher, a 6 person life raft, and 10 automatic life vests.
Miscellaneous
Other features include aft swim ladder, aft hot/cold shower, hull-colored cleat covers, cockpit cover, and RC-operated electric anchor windlass. You can also have Radio/CD/DVD player, iPod connection & Wi-Fi system, and LED underwater lights!
