Deck/Hull
The Sea Ray 370 features a molded hardtop, bimini top, and full coverings for protection from the sun and weather conditions. A center-opening windscreen above the dashboard allows access to the bow of the Sea Ray. The bow features a forward sunpad complete with folding backrest and speakers, the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Miami sunshine. This yacht has an anchor wash, recessed cleats, and lots of safety rails to keep you and your guests safe at all times.
Swim Platform
The 370´s regular LOA (Length Over All) is 37’6″. The extended swim platform increases the LOA to 39’2″, while the hydraulic swim platform gives the Sea Ray 370 an LOA of 40’6″. Features of the swim platform include two audio speakers, flip-up rumble seat, and a stainless-steel transom shower.
SeaRay 370 Cockpit
The cockpit is accessed from the starboard side of the Sea Ray 370. The helm is electronic, modern, well-designed, and centered around a leather wheel with 3-spoke cherry. There’s a complete set of instruments for both engines, a radar Chartplotter, and VHF radio forward of the co-pilot’s seat.
Both the captain´s and co-pilot´s seats revolve on pivoting bases, allowing the seats to face aft. This feature allows the captain and co-pilot to enjoy face-to-face conversations with other guests in the cockpit area.
The cockpit´s C-shaped lounge and folding timber dinette can easily accommodate up to eight people. There is also vast storage space beneath the cockpit seating.
The Sea Ray 370 features an electric grill with sink and waste container, refrigerator, and mounted TV. She also has a quality cockpit stereo with iPod interface, perfect for summer yacht parties.
Main Cabin of the Sea Ray 370
The main cabin features a galley to port and sofa with table and wall-hung TV to starboard. Guests can make good use of the microwave oven, two-burner electric cooktop, fridge with freezer tray, sink, and Corian countertop.
There is a dedicated AC/heat vent, and a socket for powering the kids’ games on a neighboring shelf. Really nice touch! Sizeable portholes provide natural light to the main cabin. The small attention to detail on Sea Ray boats makes a huge difference in regards to passenger comfort.
A curtain separates the front V-berth cabin from the main cabin area. The V-berth is a queen island in terms of size and includes ample storage drawers beneath it. The head portion of the V-berth can be tilted upwards for TV viewing or reading comfort. There are closets positioned on each side of the V-berth that provide ample storage, as well as numerous overhead cabinets.
The aft cabin provides guests with a spacious lounge area which converts into a double bed using the lounge backrests as filler cushions. You can have some privacy by simply drawing the curtains closed. Last of all, the Sea Ray 370 provides a head which includes includes Vacuflush WC and a hot/cold shower.
Performance
In terms of performance, the 37 Sea Ray Sundancer´s two 8.2L engines get this sports yacht up on plane in only 5.7 seconds. With the tabs engaged, the acceleration is incredible and the bow lift is minimal.
This Sea Ray Sundancer has a peak speed of 37 knots at 4800rpm while consuming around 66 gallons of fuel per hour. Ideal cruise speeds are 20 knots at 3000rpm and 23 knots at 3500rpm. She also offers joystick control for close quarters docking at the marina.
